Test Email Server

I would recommend that you try sending an email before programming the server’s parameters in your Visual Basic .net Program. 

If you have difficulty sending an email, I suggest the following:

   - Check that the username and password have been entered correctly (both are case sensitive).

   - Ensure the email address you are sending 'from' has been authorized using your server’s AuthSMTP Control Panel.

It’s always good to know the parameters are correct before programming your own application.
